MACIEJ KRYŃSKI BORN. 1996

performer and visual artist. Blending installation, sound, and embodied practice, he investigates how architecture, performance, and cultural memory shape spatial perception and agency - both as a site of experience and a tool of power.

His works often inhabit the threshold between visual and sonic experience, drawing from theatre design, media art, and popular aesthetics to create immersive environments charged with presence and political resonance.

He presented his works in Poland and abroad as part of institutional collaborations, festivals, and artistic residencies, including 66P Subiektywna Instytucja, Wozownia Gallery in Toruń, Wrocław Off Gallery Weekend, Zawirowania Theatre in Warsaw, Light Move Festival in Łódź, Platform Theatre in London, and Studio Theatre in London.

He also focuses on educational activities. From 2013 to 2022 he collaborated with the international organisation European Youth Parliament, leading workshops for young people from different countries and social groups. Co-founder and lecturer at Maker Studio The Innovation School - a Warsaw-based technology and art studio for young artists.

He lives and works between Warsaw and London.
